Açai Bowl

An antioxidant packed super food bowl of goodness fit for every champion, young and old. A real summer favourite just in time for the warmer weather. Can be enjoyed for breakky, as a dessert, or any time really.

Ingredients (1x)

200 g frozen Açai berry puree

236 g frozen Banana

148 g frozen Blueberries

165 g frozen Mangoes

250 g unsweetened Almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk to your liking)

1-2 tbsp honey (to personal taste

Method

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until a smooth sorbet like paste forms. Serve immediately and garnish to your liking.
